Can I use VarySnap today?

VarySnap is currently being built. This website introduces the planned product; subscriptions and app access are not open yet. The screens shown here are illustrative concepts.

Will it work on my phone and computer?

The aim is to make VarySnap useful on site and at your desk, across phones, tablets and computers. Supported devices, browser access and iOS and Android app availability will be confirmed before launch.

Can several people share a company account?

Yes, shared company workspaces are planned. Each team member will have their own login, with access to shared projects and documents based on their role. Different companies will have separate workspaces.

What if the price hasn’t been agreed?

The planned workflow separates an agreed price from a price that is still to be confirmed. A TBC record won’t need an invented amount. You’ll also be able to distinguish work with no charge.

Can I use my logo and edit the documents?

Company logos, headers and details are part of the plan, alongside PDF, editable Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) exports.

Will an approver need the app?

The planned remote approval flow uses a secure link, so an authorised recipient can review the scope, evidence and price without installing the app, then approve, decline or request changes.
